A permanent free tier
AMLHUB has no free tier. AML Simple's Foundation tier is permanently free for agencies with up to five clients. It covers DFAT screening and core CDD workflows, with no credit card required. You can evaluate the tool before spending a dollar.
Purpose-built for AUSTRAC Tranche 2
AMLHUB has operated primarily in New Zealand since 2012. The platform entered the Australian market for Tranche 2. AML Simple was built from day one for the AUSTRAC framework, specifically the obligations that apply to Australian real estate agents from 1 July 2026.

AMLHUB is ISO 27001 certified. AML Simple runs on Supabase infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II), hosted in Sydney, but is not ISO 27001 certified. For agencies with partners or contracts that require this certification, AMLHUB has the credential.

No native mobile app.
AML Simple is a mobile-responsive web app that runs fully in a mobile browser. A native app is on our roadmap but is not available yet. Most CDD workflows happen at a desk, but agents can access the full platform on any device without a download.
No ISO 27001 certification.
ISO 27001 certification typically takes 12 to 18 months and significant investment. Our data runs on Supabase, which is SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, hosted in the Sydney region with encryption at rest and in transit.
No industry body partnership.
AMLHUB has an exclusive deal with RE/MAX in Australia. We have no partnership with any real estate industry body at this stage. If your network has already committed to a provider, check what that means for your agency before choosing.
Less market experience.
